This Terms of Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into by and between Bluestone Consulting Group LLC (the "Company"), located at Chicago, IL, and you (the "Client").

Services Provided: The Company agrees to provide real estate consulting services to the Client, including but not limited to market analysis, property valuation, investment strategy development, and property management recommendations.

Payment Terms: The Client agrees to pay the Company for the services rendered according to the following terms: Payment will be made in US dollars. Payment is due within 30 days of receiving an invoice. Late payments may be subject to a late payment fee of 1.5% per month.

Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during the course of the business relationship. This includes, but is not limited to, financial data, business strategies, and any other proprietary information.

Intellectual Property: Any intellectual property created by the Company during the provision of services will remain the property of the Company. The Client may not reproduce or distribute any proprietary information without explicit written consent from the Company.

Limitation of Liability: The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with the services provided. The total liability of the Company shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific services in question.

Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days' written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Client shall pay any outstanding fees owed to the Company up to the termination date.

Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Company and the Client and supersedes any prior discussions, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within the state of Illinois.
